Scope of Service: You may use the services of DateCorner.co.za at no cost. The service lets you profiles of other members and lets you contact other members.

Term and Termination:  Your membership may be terminated at any time by you for any reason.

Content Posted on the Site and Prohibited Content: The information that you provide to DateCorner.co.za and post on DateCorner.co.za must conform to reality and be accurate.
a. Any and all material posted by you to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will not have any obligations to such material. We will be free to disclose, distribute, incorporate, copy and otherwise use such material and all data, images, text and other things embodied therein for all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
b. You shall not include any email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses in your profile.
c. DateCorner.co.za has the right to review and delete any messages, content, photos or profiles that in the reasonable judgment of DateCorner.co.za violate this Agreement. This includes any content that might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other members.
d. You are solely responsible for the Content that you submit, post or transmit to other members via the Service. You represent and warrant that the posting of Content by you is accurate, not in breach of this Agreement, and not harmful to any person in any way.
e. You grant DateCorner.co.za the right to an irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute any information posted or provided by you on DateCorner.co.za.

Prohibited Content: The following is a list of the kind of Content that is prohibited on DateCorner.co.za. DateCorner.co.za reserves the right to amend or change this list at any time. DateCorner.co.za in its sole discretion also reserves the right to terminate (close/delete) any account that violates the items on this list at any time.

• Content that promotes racism, hatred, illegal activities, bigotry, harm of any kind to any group or individual.
• Content involving the transmission of 'spam' or 'junk mail' or any unsolicited mass mailing practice.
• Contact that promotes false information, is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.

• You may not "stalk" or harass any person.
• You may not use a robot, spider/crawler, or other manual or automatic program or bot to retrieve or "data mine" the Service or its contents.
• You may not post copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary information.
• You may not post any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence.

Account Security: You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of the password that you supply for your account during the sign-up process. You are fully responsible for all activities under your username and password.

Member Disputes: You are fully responsible for any and all interactions with other DateCorner.co.za members. DateCorner.co.za reserves the right to monitor disputes between you and other members.

Privacy: All personal information you provide to us with, will be kept confidential. It will not be made available to any third parties or partners of DateCorner.co.za
